  4. To the rest half cup of milk, mix the custard powder and add it to the kheer and stir it for 5 minutes. And add little ghee to it.
  5. You can either serve it warm with the crushed badam and pistachios as garnish. Or freeze it for an hour or two and serve it as pudding.
