- For green kheer :-
- 1/2 cup Matar
- 1 ltr Milk
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamon powder
- 10-12 Chopped Pista
- For white kheer :-
- 1 tbsp Rice
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 ltr Milk
- 10-12 Chopped cashew
- 1/2 tsp Cordamom
- For orange kheer :-
- 1 cup paneer
- 1 ltr Milk
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Steps to make to make Tirangi kheer
- For green kheer :-
Take a jar put green pea and grind it
Heat a pan put ghee and add grinded green pea paste and stir it well and cook on low flame for few minutes and keep aside
Now take a pan put milk and boil it till it becomes half the quantity
Now add green pea paste and stir well and add sugar and stir it again and cook on low flame now add cardamom powder and cook for few minutes and let it cool


- For white kheer:-
Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes Take a pan put milk and boil it till it becomes half the quantity Now take those soaked rice and crush them up and add it in the milk and cook on low flame till rice is done. Now add sugar, cashew and cardam powder and stir well and cook for few minutes till the consistency gets thick Let it cool

- For orange kheer:-
Soak saffron in 1/4 cup of warm milk take a pan put milk and boil it till it becomes 1/4 the quantity Now add sugar, saffron and stir well and cook for few more minutes Now add mashed paneer and stir well and cook for 1 minutes and let it cool


- Now green pea,rice and paneer tirangi kheer is ready

- Take a serving glass pour green pea kheer on the base and pour rice kheer over it and then pour paneer kheer on top of it

- You can serve all the kheers separately and enjoy different types of kheer
